We have two series of ranches. Our standard ranches are detailed beloved.
They are fully customizable and are available as 26' wide, 28' wide, and
30' wide floor plans. Our Advantage series of ranches are made as a
more affordable option in modular housing. They are only available in
26' wide floor plans and are less customizable. Please see both sets of printable

Kohler 
We use Kohler faucets throughout our home. Please see your builder or
dealer for more information on faucet choices. You can choose from
either white or bone commodes, which come in standard sizes, elongated,
or comfort height.
Our standard bath sinks come installed in cabinets with laminate
counter top, but we can also install pedestal sinks depending on your
floor plan or choice. | |
